Nighthawk kai-3 keyboard: CTRL not working

Dear All,

Anyone has any idea how to fix my CTRL KEY on my nighthawk kai-3. I really doubt it's a hardware issue since :
- only both CTRL are not working
- anything else is working
- testing another keyboard on my actual PC works
- testing the default keyboard on another my laptop has the same problem

I lost the CD that was given with and the vendor website Keyboards no longer have the software. Fortunately, I found that the ZM-K400G is compatible.

I was able to configure the special keys (M1 to M5) with CTRL+C, CTRL+A, CTRL+V but not very easy to use whenever I am working with.

I thought the restore would fix the CTRL Key issue but unfortunately it didn't. Trying to re-configure the KEY manually using the software didn't help as well.

I'm really out of idea, so if someone knows how to help, or have any suggestion, I'm listening :)

Not sure if an hardware reset is possible directly on the keyboard.
